The Leavitt House Primary addition was truly a collaborative effort between KE Design and the homeowner. The design brief highlighted the importance of directional color (green and blues), hand-painted terra cotta tiles, reclaimed barn beams, architectural salvage (doors and an antique wardrobe turned linen closet) and antique lighting + hardware. The texture captured in this controlled eclectic design is quite stunning. Spatially, we focused on individual rooms that flowed into one another as you would find in an English Manor. The large windows draw the beauty of the landscape in and truly compliment the interior.
